Tuesday, October 2nd, 2007Yeah, there’s been plenty of these “100s” workouts around especially after the movie 300 came out. Well, here’s another I put together. It’s a bodyweight 400.
10 Pushups
20 Squats (bodyweight)
10 Burpees
10 V-Ups
20 Jumping Jacks
10 Mountain Climbers
20 Box Jumps
Complete 4 rounds for a total of 400 reps!
