Try this complex for fat burning!

I’ve started using powerlifting movements in succession to create an incredible power endurance complex that can do wonders for fat burning.

Hang Clean to a Front Squat


then to a Split Jerk


Perform 1 rep each and continue the succession
until you hit 6 reps of each movement. Rest 60
seconds and repeat for a total of 5 rounds!
